Available free of charge, this application facilitates straightforward access for registered suppliers and OoS supply chain officials who have agreed to the Terms and Conditions specified on the CSD website.

Key functionalities of the CSD mobile app for registered users include:

• Information regarding fraud and corruption awareness campaigns;
• Access to the Terms and Conditions accepted by the user on the CSD website;
• System-generated communications, including emails and SMS (with security measures excluding One-Time Pins);
• News feeds related to changes and enhancements within the CSD, along with general notifications and Frequently Asked Questions;
• Contact details for CSD support and walk-in centers;
• The ability to request an updated CSD Supplier Registration report.

For supplier users specifically, additional functionalities include access to their supplier registrations listed on the CSD website, an up-to-date mini supplier profile for each registration, and basic order information for transactions processed against their profiles by an OoS. The supplier profile showcases completion and verification statuses along with critical messages related to various elements of the supplier’s profile, such as industry classification, contact details, banking information, and tax compliance.

It is essential for users to recognize that only finalized information submitted under the Overview tab on the CSD website will be displayed within the CSD mobile app. Any ongoing changes not yet submitted will not be reflected in either the mobile app or the Supplier Registration report.

Moreover, OoS users benefit from the “Am I Registered” function, enabling them to search for supplier information and generate an up-to-date Supplier Registration Report. Additional features accessible via a link to the CSD website include:
